Emscote Community Singing Group
An opportunity to enjoy having a good sing together and a sense of well-being!
An accessible and broad mix of songs and styles.
Meets at All Saints Church on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday in the month.
No audition necessary.
Open to all: from 18 to 80+ years.
Leaders: Sally Greenaway and Alice Webber.
Singing - a full bodied workout for heart, brain and lungs!
By singing together you engage socially, and engage more parts of the brain than normal. ..
To achieve that, there doesn't even have to be be a good sound.
The main thing is that you're having fun over all.

under the 'umbrella' of the Trussell Trust.
Memory Cafe Plus
Memory Cafe Plus is a safe and fun place where people with memory loss and their carers can meet.
In addition to tea and cake the Cafe offers:
- Activities for carers and people living with dementia
- Access to suitable materials
- Talks by memory loss professionals
- Information and access to practical help, including one to one consultation with a dementia social worker
- Exchange of experiences
- Exploring one-to-one computer activities
- Two hours when carers can relax.
WHEN? The cafe usually meets on the first and third Monday of the month (excluding Bank Holidays) from 2.00 to 4.00pm.
WHERE? The venue is the Coffee Room at All Saints' Church.

The Big Knitted Christmas Tree 2018
Begun Spring 2017, many different people - groups and individuals, children and adults have been participating in this fun project.
Why not join us in knitting our 17ft Christmas Tree.
We need up to 3000 knitted squares and copious baubles and novelty decorations.

From Monday 12th November we start putting up the tree.
Volunteers are wanted to attach leaves and baubles to the many many branches.
Come and do your part in turning all of those
squares and baubles and branches into

BEAVERING AWAY AT ALL SAINTS CHURCH
BEAVERS found a fun way to count knitted squares for the Big Knitted Christmas Tree.
in teams they took turns to run through the slalom balancing 10 squares on their heads. Their leaders kept a tally.
Altogether they counted just over 1000 squares.
Still many more to go!
